Community Builder / Office and People Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

• You will develop strong relationships with all stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact with them, always seeking to improve the solutions that we provide.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and office building management and maintenance to help keep everything humming.
• You'll be responsible for purchasing and replenishing all general office supplies, stationery, and refreshments.
• Being in charge of issuing office announcements, you'll be the 'voice' of the office.
• Handle travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
• Manage and take charge of work permit applications for foreign employees.
• Help ensure that our Bangkok office is a Healthy and Safe one, enforcing our Health and Safety policy.
• Other administrative duties.
• We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and who has a 'hospitable' mindset that gets excited about looking after the well-being of our people.
